Every day is an adventure in Mexico.  Nothing makes me happier than to share my love of this beautiful country with other "gringos".  If you chose to rent a car at the airport, I will be more than happy to suggest great day trips for you.  Area beaches, waterfalls, city tours are abundant and close by.

If you have elected to have me provide transportation to/from the airport I will also be happy to give you "guided tours" of some of my favorite places in the area.*  Every beach on the coast is unique and stupendous in it's own way.   Numerous turtle sanctuaries up and down the coast have "hatchings" often - what an experience to hold the little guys in your hand and then release them into the sea.  La Ticla, a 20 minute drive, offers some of the best surfing on the Pacific coast.  El Faro has a sunken ship that you can boat out to and snorkle.  El Zapote has a 1/2 mile long coral reef: the beach is all broken coral pieces - absolutely gorgeous.  The waterfalls at "Tanque de Mendoza" are an ideal place to soak and revitalize your spirit.  Colima is a beautiful city to visit and Comala (a small town outside of Colima) is amazing with it's active volcanoes and it's "road of mystery" (cars roll uphill when you put them in neutral!)

A unique experience is the private beach right next to the house.  It's a little difficult to get to (150 steps down) but offers seclusion and caves to explore as well!
