MONTHLY RENTAL (June, July, August)

On occasion I am in the states during the summer months.  At this time, I am willing to rent the house monthly.  Keep in mind this is our "rainy season (July, August, September).  Although the storms are fantastic and beautiful, it does limit your outdoor activities.  I have never found them to hinder me from my adventures, you learn to live with nature in Mexico!  However, be forewarned that there will be days where laying in the hammock in the palapa or making trips east of the mountains are your options!

MONTHLY RATE:  $1500

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:

    TRANSPORTATION TO/FROM MANZANILLO AIRPORT$50.00 EACH TRIP

($30.00 FOR GAS - $20.00 FOR TOLLS)

    DAY TOURS    $25.00 (Plus gas and lunch!)

                                            (ALL PRICES ARE IN U.S. DOLLARS)

RESERVATIONS:

         A 50% deposit is required at time of reservation.  This may be by credit card or direct deposit to my US bank account.       

Balance due at time of arrival at the home.

CANCELLATION:

         The deposit is refundable in full if reservation is cancelled 14 (fourteen) days in advance of arrival date. 

         25% of the reservation fee will be refunded if cancellation is less than 14 (fourteen) days prior to arrival. 

PHONE CHARGES: 

        Due to the high cost of long distance calls from Mexico to the US (.50 a minute), I will hold a credit card deposit of $100 until

        the next phone bill arrives after your visit.  The bill comes the 1st of each month.  At that time any charges will be deducted

        from the credit card and the balance of the $100 returned to your card.   

UNFORTUNATELY, DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE HOME IS LOCATED ON A CLIFF WITHOUT SAFETY RAILINGS I AM NOT ABLE TO RENT TO FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 15.
