The home includes full amenities, including telephone and internet. Sorry,  there is no cable or satellite for television. There is a 32" flatscreen and DVD player if you'd like to bring along movies.

Music is provided by an IPOD that has 1,000 "oldies", and again, there is a CD player if you choose to bring your own music.

A full kitchen is available for use during your stay.  Everything you need is provided except for food.  There are two large markets in Tecoman, the nearest "city" to San Juan: a WalMart and a Soriana.   Several small "tiendas" in town always have the necessities - fresh milk, fresh fruit, etc.

A washing machine is available for laundry but, understand, this is Mexico and clothes are hung out to dry. (When is the last time you used a bath towel that smelled of sunshine?)

Adjacent to the home is a huge "palapa"  The palapa is ideal for snoozing in the hammock, outdoor meals or just enjoying the view.  It is furnished with several table and chair sets, a refrigerator and a hammock.
